Our guest today was Chris Larking. Chris brought along son Alex (alto and tenor sax) and his friend Oliver (trumpet and trombone). Both 15 year olds are accomplished band musicians. Chris started on piano with 'Girl From Ipanema' and 'Yesterday'. The trio then played 'Watermelon Man'. Chris medlied with 'Unforgetable', 'Heart & Soul' and 'Lady Is a Tramp'. The boys then played all their instruments, total of four, together, which shows just how versatile they are! Other songs included a moon theme ('Fly Me to the Moon', 'Blue Moon', 'Moon Dance', 'Moon River'), Marvels Theme, 'Satin Doll', and Chris ended with a Proms Medley (which included 'Click Go The Shears', 'Waltzing Matilda', 'Australia Fare', 'God of Nations').
