Creative Keyboard Club April 2019 Meeting

Our afternoon commenced with the AGM and was followed by members Hugo Chou and Hana Tani who both played clavinova to a very high standard. Hugo played 'Nocturne' and Hana Beethoven Sonata Op 14 No 2 and Chopin Waltz Op 34 No 3. We wish Hana all the very best for the upcoming Competitions.
Our guests this month were Lynne (vocals) and Alan Powell (vocals, Yamaha keyboard).
Their forte is Country Music and we where entertained by many old favourites (from the likes of Don Williams, Kenny Rogers, Dottie West, Hogsnort Rupert, Fats Domino) and some new to us. Songs included 'Welcome To My World', 'You're My Best Friend', 'It's A Lovely, Lovely World', 'Maggie', 'Blueberry Hill', 'Aunty Alice Brought Us This' and many more.
