Creative Keyboard Club 2012 Christmas Party
Our final meeting for the year was on 9th December. The committee had done a wonderful job setting up the tables and providing the finger food, soft drinks and special afternoon tea for this occassion.
The arrival music was very ably played by our Barbara McNab and we were treated to the talent of Lionel Reekie on Piano Accordian for the first half of the program. Lionel is a one of a kind accordian player and has a beautiful singing voice. No microphone was required.
Thank-you so very much Lionel. We look forward to seeing and hearing from you again soon. You can read more about Lionel Here
The Christmas Raffles were then drawn over afternoon tea, the prizes being multiple hampers kindly donated by the club members. Thank-you All.
The second half entertainment was provided by Darren Smith (Clavinova), our Dave Hallem (Hammond Organ), and Damien Sharfoon (drums) who provided a variety of styles for our enjoyment.
(Sorry no pics of this wonderful afternoon)
We now recess until February 2013.
